Delivery will take about 5-7 business days from the moment of shipment.

Cancelation
We accept free cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
If you want to cancel your order later, we will hold charge costs of used materials. After 2-3 days, we hold a charge of 10%, after 4 days and later - 15%.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. In this period you can count on refund or exchange of painting
In order to return you should contact us within 14 days and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Exchange
If your painting is defective or damaged we will replace it. To order an exchange, send an email at kladov@trendgallery.art
Please pay attention, that due the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Really I think the photo of the painting speaks a thousand words. We couldn’t be more pleased with this painting. I had been looking for months for the perfect piece of artwork and came across this on Etsy. I was hesitant to purchase such a large costly item from another country but I contacted previous customers who described their positive experience so we decided to purchase and pray. It was delivered by DHL and they called prior to delivery and it was shipped in a crate. Perfectly packaged and secure. When it was delivered, we opened it and hung it on the spot we had for its arrival and IT’S PERFECT. We love it and would definitely recommend this shop.
